Equipped with the latest software and the necessary expertise, we can perform thermodynamic and fluidic investigations of components, or design the appropriate components specifically for your requirements profile.
In the 3D CAD area, we rely on Solid Works (SW), as it allows us to perform fully integrated simulations directly in the 3D model in conjunction with SW simulation (Finite Element Method – FEM) and SW flow simulation (Computational Fluid Dynamics – CFD). So, in addition to the fluid mechanical properties, such as the pressure losses of a steam valve or a manifold, we can also check the mechanical loading of components.
The integration of the FEM and CFD software eliminates the otherwise obligatory repair of “third-party” 3D models, saving resources and thus costs. Nevertheless, we can of course also support you if you rely on another CAD system.
